Didn't Google "change" satellite images of Katrina?
Know which is really correct picture?
(If you can't tell, they are of Hope,AR with/without trailers. Both say 2007, and they are still there.)

1. I know they changed some images in the 9th ward and
St. Bernard's parish, but accurate photos are now back. I don't understand the Hope images. I didn't think it was affected at all by Katrina.

4. Hm-m-m-m...good question.
Seems highly unlikely, especially since it's FEMA, that ALL the trailers have been moved!

:)

3. There is no conspircy,
Google and Microsoft take the commercial photography they can get for little or no cost - the commercial satellite opperators aren't going to provide for free photography they could otherwise sell.

5. Not sure what they've done lately
I looked uo my own house in the UK last week to see if it was still partly in the shadow of a cloud. The cloud has gone but I seem to have a very large box in my garden/back yard to you lot.

Google has this "NEW" construction. Looks like MSN's image may be PRE-Katrina ie 2005

7. Good question, but is it Google who is to fault?...
It looks like the MSN image is the one that is not accurate.
