Did Ralston ever get immunity?

I remember a month or two ago there was word from Susan Ralston's lawyer that she was ready to spill the beans with significant information if she were granted immunity. I remember thinking, this could be "it." But I haven't heard since then, if she was granted immunity or not. Anyone know ?

3. I don't get it. If I were Leahy I would give her immunity in a heartbeat.

She obviously has the goods. What are they waiting for? Give her all the immunity she wants, and then some!

5. Because she is too damn criminal.

Why give someone immunity that has facilitated the illegality. She needs some time hanging over her head, which she should do. If she gives up * then maybe reduce her time.

Everyone gets a conscious when they are looking at several felonies.

Give her a nice beach house, I don't care. The sites are on Rove, Bush, Cheney, and she has the goods. Let her walk if she delivers.

4. Not in any public way I have noticed. She is offering testimony in some areas

with her attorney involved. Some things are just beyond the scope of executive privilege and pleading the fifth amendment, so I expect useful information is being given.

Expect to hear, after Rove's departure, that he violated the Hatch Act. Once you leave USG you are out of reach. The worst penalty is removal from job/office, and Rove's departure will make his violations mute and resigning spares him the embarrassment of being run out of town for illegalities.
