New meme: 9/11 might as well have been an inside job.
(fair warning: some amount of alcohol was consumed before this post was posted by someone. wow, passive voice rules.)

Think that could catch on? I make no final judgement about what exactly happened on that day, much as Mary Tillman has stated that she can't rule out the possibility her son was murdered. Is that the real question though, whether these events were (using the movement lingo) LIHOP, MIHOP, or just H (happened)?

Can't we all agree that, regardless of that, that the powers-that-be absolutely loved the fact that ~2,500 Americans, and ~500 people from 91 nations were killed that day? And that Pat Tillman is dead? Isn't that what matters most? They thank their lucky stars every day that it happened, whether or not they had a hand in it at all.

Think hard about that. It isn't worth debating these people, or expecting them to do anything but fuck off and die. Does the truth of what happened on 9/11 even matter at this point? * may as well have flown the plane himself, ejecting moments before impact.

This is all IMHO of course...

2. Do you see my point though, that it technically doesn't even matter?
Yes it would 100x more disgusting, if they somehow set it up. But even if they didn't -- it's the wettest dream ever for them. That's indisputable, and that should be enough for any sane person, or newsperson for that matter, to not give them the time of day.

What bizarro universe are we living in?

3. I keep remembering what Dimson said about his 'Trifecta'
Whether or not he had a hand in it, he was admitting publicly that he benefitted from horrific events. Why ANYONE would support him after that revelation is beyond me. Goes for Rudy "Mayor Nine Eleveniani" too.

12. From the idiot's own mouth
Bush at Townmeeting in Orlando, FL - December, 2001
"Well Jordan, you're not going to believe what state I was in when I heard about the terrorist attack. I was in Florida. And my chief of staff, Andy Card -- actually, I was in a classroom talking about a reading program that works. And I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower--the TV. was obviously on, and I use to fly myself, and I said, 'There's one terrible pilot.' And I said, 'It must have been a terrible accident.’”

Bush at Townmeeting in Ontario, CA - January, 2002

"Anyway, I was sitting there, and my Chief of Staff -- well, first of all, when we walked into the classroom, I had seen this plane fly into the first building. There was a TV set on. And you know, I thought it was pilot error and I was amazed that anybody could make such a terrible mistake. And something was wrong with the plane, or -- anyway, I'm sitting there, listening to the briefing, and Andy Card came and said, "America is under attack.""

14. They can declare Iran's Revolutionary Guard a terrorist organization
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=102x2954028

The designation of the Revolutionary Guards will be made under Executive Order 13224, which President Bush signed two weeks after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks to obstruct terrorist funding. It identifies individuals, businesses, charities and many extremist groups engaged in terrorist activities. The Revolutionary Guards would be the first national military branch included on the list, U.S. officials said -- a highly unusual move because it is part of a government, rather than a typical non-state terrorist organization.

17. Yes the truth matters. Justice must be served
or we have no rights at all. Those 3,000 souls that perished (or whatever the number was) deserve to have their killers tried in a criminal court and duly punished, particularly if the perpetrators were American citizens, as all the evidence says they were.

18. Yes--using someone else's act of terror to coerce people is still terrorism
If they keep making threats about what can be done to us, they might as well have performed the original act, as well.
