IIRC, the Supreme Court remanded that case to the trial court for further proceedings. Even though ANS is deceased, her estate will step in as the substitute party/real party in interest now.

Which of course brings up the whole issue of whether ANS deserved a big share of the old geezer's estate anyway (since we haven't argued that one in a while). I subscribe to the view that the Old Geezer didn't care if ANS was a gold-digga, he knew what he was getting and he got his money's worth, and so should ANS/estate.

Hey, the Old Geezer probably died with a smile on his face!
