4. Do you know if there's a channel that covers this or is it only the net?
Thanks. The preview blew me away; I imagine the whole show is unreal. Major props to Dan Rather!

9. You've got that right! Props to Dan Rather, but also to all the people
who worked so tirelessly to get this word out there.

Sorry, know that's probably not the answer you wanted.

12. Sequoia workers...poor quality punchcard paper to PB County...told to change calibration
because of the hot weather there? I think that is the word they used.

Very upset workers...

touchscreen machines.

She said that in the 2005 election, three Sequoia Systems techs were
needed to run the vote tabulation. In the most computer-savvy county
in the world, it seems the registrar could not find qualified people
to run the system in-house!

19. due to 'humidity'

They were instructed to cut the ballots 'short'. The explanation was that the humid air in Florida would cause the ballots to 'grow'. :eyes:

The Sequoia employees had never done this in the past. The operator refused to do the job this way unless Quality Control signed off on it. Quality Control refused. Management big-wig signed off on it instead.

Also, paper was obviously substandard, and did not pass their 'gang-punch' tests, which punches out all of the holes at once to check for chad problems. The bad paper caused major quality problems that the Quality Control people again refused to sign off on. Management again gave these bad cards a pass.

This was deliberate. Whether it was only to give paper ballots a black-eye in order to sell their new eVoting machines, or for a more nefarious political purpose is still unknown. And likely will remain so unless Congress gets involved. The outcome, however, is well known. It changed the results of a critical Presidential election.

Could subverting our Democratic process be considered treason?

18. CNN is now officially Fox Lite. Anyone see the interview of Rather last night?
It was down right shameful what they did. They tried to make Rather look like a partisan hack and after the interview was finished they attacked his credibility. And because he wasn't still on he couldn't defend himself. So in essence they pulled a Gupta this time against Rather instead of Moore.

21. Maybe I've been a little naive giving them the benefit of the doubt
but after what they did to Moore and then again yesterday to Rather I don't see how anyone could deny it, it was just so unbelievably blatant.
