So do you think that WH claims of "Executive Privilege" will end up before US Supreme Court?

So do you think that WH claims of "Executive Privilege" will end up before US Supreme Court?
I believe that is what happened during Watergate concerning the so-called "Smoking Gun" tapes and the court 9-0 voted against Nixon. Could we have another constitutional show-down with Bush and claims of executive privilege? If so, I'm not sure this more political and conservative court would necessarily go against the president.

1. The WH will win any ececutive priviledge claim that goes to the Republican Supreme Court.
It stopped being the United States Supreme Court in Dec 2000.

and I wouldn't count out the civil-liberties perspective of true conservatives from overcoming any other loyalties they may have. Everyone hates a king.

They want to leave as much ambiguity in that concept as they possibly can, while a PUkkke is in charge at least.
