16. The way I got it to work was

to copy the image to my hard drive and then use the browse option to locate it (and select the jpg filetype, or gif if it is in the format). If you have some other image you want to use it has to be 92x92 pixels and under 10KB in size. Or you can select text and type a few words. Use preview until it works.
