vote her in, because he knows that you will think he wants her to win. Like a big super duper double-cross.

Lol...I don't think Rove needs to do very much at all. He just sits back and makes people THINK he is planning something, and then you and others put these big motives on him. The pro-Clintons think he wants her to fail. The anti-Clintons think he wants her to pass.

In the meantime, hes sitting in his hot tub, snorting Coke off a hooker's ass wondering why he has it so easy.

On edit: OOPS...this was a REPLY to someone else, and I posted it on GD! SHIT! Oh well, I'll just leave it.

1. Maybe so..
....or maybe he wasn;t expressing a preference but instead making a prediction? Heck that's what it seemed like to me.

I mean I think the GOP nominee will win TX next year. Does that mean I want him to?

the nomination so that you won't vote for her in the primaries so that you will vote for her in the primaries because he does want her to win. Then again maybe he wants you to think that he thinks that he thinks that he wants hillary to win the nomination so that you won't vote for her in the primaries because he doesn't want her to win. Then again maybe he wants you to think that he thinks that he thinks that he thinks that he wants hillary to win the nomination so that you will vote for her in the primaries because he does want her to win. Then again....

How about voting for the candidate that you think best reflects your views on issues you think are important? It really is that simple.

3. LOL! Great post, misplaced or not!
That's what I love about the "Repukes want us to nominate Candidate ______" argument. It can go 'round and 'round and 'round endlessly. Double-cross? Triple-cross? There's no limit! :D

As someone noted down-thread, much better to use our own brains to choose the candidate based on how they match our own goals, ideals, etc.

If Hillary is not your choice using that sort of criteria, fine. That's life in the big city, and she'll have to deal with it.

But at least we can quit being punk'd by the Roves of the world, quit playing mind-games for a while.

4. My opposition to Hillary's nomination has nothing to do with what Rove wants.
I do not want a campaign in which Whitewater, Monica, etc. are constantly being regurgitated. As a nation, we have more serious concerns that Hillary's personal life, her past, her relationship with Bill, her necklines, her legs --- Let's at least get some new issues like Edwards' hair and his book deals. Or how about Obama's middle names and where he went to grade school. These new issues will be easier to handle because people's attitudes toward them are not as entrenched.
