How many more "Senior Staff" will be leaving the WH?

I find it interesting that Bolton told ALL Senior Staff that if they stayed past September, they would have to stay until the end of Shrub's term in 09! My first question is, "Just HOW do you plan to force someone to stay if they suddenly decide to resign in say...July 2008?" "Is this just an opening for Gonzo to resign by the end of August too, giving you the opportunity to say he just joined the group who decided now was the time?"

What is Bolten going to do stop paying them? Wait! They don't expect to be paid if they resign anyway. Except Rove probably does.

I suppose the only consequence of anyone abandoning ship is that future opportunities will be limited in the GOP party.

2. No Gonzo is not Senior Staff, but it does give him a bit of cover

if he becoms part of a group that is leaving rather than standing alone and making it look like Shrub caved to the Dems on his resignation. I can't believe there haven't been suggestions within the inner circle that things would be better without Gonzo!
