Giuliani's Daughter Endorses Obama, Thompson's Wife A Deadbeat
by RandySF

The best way to judge the character of a presidential candidate is to ask the people who know them best. But when it comes to Rudy Giuliani, he hopes you don't ask his daughter. It looks like his she's an "Obama Girl".

RandySF's diary :: ::
There's one vote that Rudy Giuliani definitely can't count on in his 2008 presidential bid: his own daughter's. According to the 17-year-old Caroline Giuliani's Facebook profile, she's supporting Barack Obama.

On her profile, she designates her political views as "liberal" and—until this morning—proclaimed her membership in the Facebook group "Barack Obama (One Million Strong for Barack)." According to her profile, she withdrew from the Obama group at 6 a.m. Monday, after Slate sent her an inquiry about it.

It's nice of her to avoid embarassing her dad, but hey, isn't he already the biggest embarassment this election year. Well, you're right, it's a close race between himself and Fred Thompson. But then Thompsson's younger kids are not not old enough to say anything about him. But if there is any question how frosty Rudy's relationship with the kids are:

Though he went to her high-school graduation, he left without speaking to her and did not join in the post-graduation family celebration, according to the New York Daily News.

Republican Family Values.

Update <2007-8-6 13:55:2 by RandySF>:

Now, onto the area of Fiscal Responsibility. This past weekend, the Washington Post told us all about the "fiscal responsibility" of Fred Thompson's wife and chief campiagn stretegist, Jeri.

In 1994, Kehn was ordered to pay $10,000 in unspecified civil damages related to a 1990 car accident in Naperville in which she swerved across three lanes on a highway and struck another car, totaling it. The outstanding balance was paid off in 1999.

In 1996, the Davidson County court in Nashville ordered a $900 judgment against Kehn in a case brought by an anesthesiologist, and garnished her wages at a communications company. In 1997, the court ordered a $1,700 judgment against Kehn for unpaid medical bills at Nashville's Baptist Hospital and again ordered her pay garnished. But Kehn had left for another job, and the debt is still listed in court records as unpaid.

Man it gets better and better. Family values and fiscal responsibility of display here. I love watching them live up to their values.
