Uh, yeah, I'm sure you are, "Bo". You may remember the always-professional, ambiguously-employed Dietl citing "24" as an example of why torturing terror suspects was necessary. Since whether something is fact or fiction is apparently no longer relevant, I imagine he then went on to talk about the need for tough tactics in cleaning up the streets, citing criminologist Travis Bickle.
