With Bush’s low approval rating of 28 percent, he’s equal in likability to Kelly Osbourne and the proposed wall along the Mexican Border. Things that are even more popular than George W. Bush are Kevin Federline (45%), stepping in dog shit (35%), and being kicked in the nuts (41%). That’s right. If being kicked in the nuts were running against George W. Bush today, being kicked in the nuts would win in a landslide victory.
