The only sure path to defeat is surrender
Though there are those who condemn our attacks on those who voted for the FISA bill, it's vital we keep them up. We cannot let them forget that they're being watched, and every move they make examined critically. We expect them to uphold the Constitution, and fight for the freedom of this nation's citizens.

The Republicans have sold us down the river. I don't think that's even a subject for debate. There may be one or two of them in Congress who haven't turned their back on their vows, whether or not they meant them at the time, but we expect better from those we supported with our time, money, and energy.

Above all other considerations, defending the Constitution and protecting the rights of American citizens is their job. That's why we voted them in, isn't it? To stand up for all of us? To stop what's going on?

I've said it before, but I'll say it again. Silence is assent. Silence is doom. Silence is out of the fucking question.

So we continue yelling our heads off. That's not only our right, but our DUTY. We have to make certain they understand what we expect of them.

In the event that the worst happens, and we're rounded up and packed away in some detention camp somewhere, our duty doesn't end there. That would, in my opinion, be an act of war. At that point we'd become prisoners of war and share the primary duty of every American prisoner of war. Escape and, if possible, sabotage of whatever systems they have in place.

We're not freepers, or fundies. We're a hell of a lot smarter than that, with such varied skills and talents that holding onto us would be incredibly difficult. Assuming we weren't broken, and it would take a hell of a lot to break ME, every minute of every day we'd remain a threat to them.

Let's remember that the design and construction of these detention centers were done by one of the most corrupt corporations IN America. What kind of people do you think they'd want to hire to GUARD the prisoners? Stupid, cruel, and cheap?

That's not even considering those who'd remain on the outside. Sympathizers, saboteurs, and potential rebels.

If this goes down the way some people believe it will, you can bet on one thing. I will not stand idly by and let it happen without putting up a fight. If I'm on the inside, I'll damn well be trying to figure out how to get out. If I'm on the outside, I'll be trying to figure out how to get in--to aid any escape attempt.

Again, this would be an act of war against roughly 1/2 of the American populace. Will we fight back, or surrender?

I ain't about to surrender.

I've said it before. I aim to misbehave.

I've also said I don't think it'll happen that way. But I want to let you know, if it does, I'm willing to do what it takes to insure my boys are not driven under a jack-booted heel.

I'm one of those they'd simply have to kill. Leaving me alive would be a risk every minute of every day. And I don't think I'm alone in this. There are a LOT of us who are probably just as potentially dangerous to any such operation.

How about you?

1. I will only make this point. .
The Gop use the same words to make their point. I am not sure how to put many of these fights my self as no one ever really puts one meaning on the words they are using. It is like this well used quote about if I have done no wrong I need not worry that the govt. is looking into my mail and phone calls. Just who is the person putting the meaning into 'wrong' on that? Even the meaning of the Constitution is not looked at the same as when it came into force. It is like Capitalism. We base our country on it but which one? The A one or the Z one or ones in the middle some place. So the GOP want to look at mail from over seas? Since Bush could not even read the reports with it before 911 I see it as sort of a joke but I think it would be smart to look into it in many ways. It is not a black and white thing and so up in the air what they are doing that I can not get a hold of it. During WW2 every one who wrote a service man overseas---v-mail I think it was called-- had their mail opened and I am sure all phone and cables were looked at but do not know about cables for a fact it just seems they must if they opened all mail. What have we to say on this? I tend to be all over the place and feel lets not do it as it is so iffy yet could we really find a bad guy coming at us?
