No Cooler for the Scooter [VIDEO]
Dick Cheney sings a torch song for his dear friend "Scooter" Libby.

The great Harry Shearer of This is Spinal Tap and The Simpsons (he voices Burns, Smithers, Flanders and many more) stars in this video, in heavy makeup, as a more emotional version of Dick Cheney who sings a song in tribute to "his personal Dick Cheney" Scooter Libby. The video comes from the new site My Damn Channel and it's both funny and creepy at the same time.
