He's not our president: W. hosts Rush at the people's house for cigars and a little fascism
The thought of Rush Limbaugh sitting around last night drinking, smoking cigars in the White House demeans our nation (what were these "beverages" he was sharing with Bush?).

The very image of these Fat Cat haters, no doubt having a good laugh at things like the coming veto of the health care bill just passed for poor kids, disgusts. Hell, the public needs to be screened and have a ticket to get into any event "our" president shows up for, and his private company of choice is Rush Limbaugh? That's who a "uniter, not a divider" hangs out with?

Rush may be right for the first time in his miserable life - Bush isn't worried about a thing. No doubt he has plans for the rest of us peons, who should Kneel Before Zod.

And the Dems still talk about "bipartisanship." Time to fumigate the White House in more ways than one:

RUSH: You know, people have been asking me, "Well, what did the president tell you last night?" That's not it. "What did I tell the president?" is the correct question.

CALLER: (Laughing.) So he also recognizes that you're the man running the country?

RUSH: Well, who doesn't? I mean there are certain things that don't need to be said. Now, I'll just tell you this. Well, this is nothing new. I tell people this every time that I have been with him. He is the most confident man. He is a barrel of laughs. He is at ease. He is unfazed by any of the criticism that he gets. He doesn't care about it. One of the things he said to me is he was talking to a world leader. (It doesn't matter which one. It was a European world leader). The leader said, "You know, you Americans, you're the problem." Bush said, "We are not the problem. The United States of America is the solution, and the sooner you realize it and join it the better off you're all going to be." He loves the country. He has great belief and devotion to what he's doing.

It was an honor. It was a thrill to be there. This is the third time I've been up in the White House residence and the second time that I've had dinner, and the first time I've had cigars in the Treaty Room. . .http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/home/daily/site_080307/content/01125107.guest.html

3. Don't you mean that in a plural sense?
This is all a fucking game of noblesse oblige to Bush, and I'm sick of it.

5. You make a good point. They deserve each other.
Who the hell would want to spend time with those two, except for their hopeless dittoheads and Bushbots? For the well-being of which these two have nothing but contempt?

9. Thanks. Stay strong, If we ever waver, remember that this is reality.
Tragic and twisted, but this is the reality of what we face, not the "support the troops, compassionate conservative" lies written by some speechwriter and vetted by Rove and Cheney. This is who George W. Bush is: An elitist, nasty, self-centered, chicken hawk, not very bright authoritarian who found just his kind of guy to hang out with in the person of Rush Limbaugh.

14. Rush is an integral cog in the cabals propaganda efforts
The most maddening thing about OxyRush being in the WHite House as the personal guest of GW is that Democrats have failed miserably to hold Limbaugh to account. It seems there are some ground swells in that direction, but jeezus H Christ when will Democrats realize that Limbuagh can and should be fought in every city he is aired. Local Democrats could easily form boycotts of the LOCAL advertisers on his show. These local businesses must be made to understand that the cost of advertising on Limbaugh's show has just gone way up. No Democrat should be ignorant of who in their neighborhood or city is a Rush Limbuagh advertiser.

Any bets that fatass is using again?

17. Hear, hear. No one has gotten more of a free ride for so long as Rush.
Like Bush, he lives in a bubble, and would never, ever allow his handlers to let him appear where he might find disagreement. Any disagreement. Even Bush knows disagreement exists. Rush doesn't. He thinks he's winning.

Time to wake up, my 1951 peer. Even your pool boy, Tim Russert, might ask an uncomfortable question at this point. Best stay in your coffin during the day, and out of the light.

But the media still, inexplicably, fears this uneducated, bullying fraud. Keith is ripping O'Reilly; maybe it's time for some curmudgeon like Jack Cafferty to take on Rush. His ex-wives must be very, very well compensated to stay silent for this long. Just how much cash are they getting, anyway?
