Nuts and fish are great for your eyes, did you know that? What's good for you?

I found that out last summer when Dad was diagnosed with macular degeneration. That inspired this:

I sent the whole thread to Dad, and he was moved, touched, and he now shows it off! His eyes aren't better but his attitude is/was. Thank you, DU!

2. Yes I did know that..

My body craves fish if I haven't eaten it for a long time.
I wouldn't touch it for years not because I was vegetarian but because I had simply
disliked it. I have since noticed that I feel healthier if I eat fish and occasionally good
organic red meat. I love nuts to, I eat a handful a day.
I understand that people have both nut and fish allergies, I have a long list of allergies including
all grain but wheat, soya, strawberries, shellfish and lentils.
