9. Can someone explain why Levin is so gung ho

on confirming Casey? I'm not a McCain fan by any means, but he was right on with Casey - so why is Levin defending him? He's going tobe promoted to Chief of Staff - so if this is a 'political ploy' I'm sick with disgust.
