3. Nothing new about that sort of thing, it has to do with encryption.

Strong encryption is classified as a munition, and you're not even allowed to bring it outside of the US.
It's a whole "thing" with encryption, you're not even allowed to use 128 bit encryption in some countries.
I was a software developer for years, there was no end to the problems we had sending our software to
overseas customers because of this. It's hard to get into without gettin' your geek on. :hi:

just get it from software developers that aren't U.S. based. It's just an idiotic restriction that only serves to hurt U.S. developers.
