Our Dems had better grow a pair and SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT.

They need to let the American people know who is responsible for our failing infrastructure. They need to remind them who is spending $12 billion a month in Iraq, leaving not enough money to spend on repairing our infrastructure.

Every '08 Dem. candidate needs to drive this point home. I think they even need to go further than that. Personally, if I were one of the '08 Democratic candidates, I would propose to create an FDR-like "New Deal" program to create jobs and repair our crumbling & aging roads, bridges, electric grid, sewers, dams & levees, etc.
