Your numbers jive with what I see here every day, but the Luddites' I have to deal with on a regular basis, don't believe much beyond what they see on Fox Noise. The only way I can turn their heads is to give them other sources they might believe.

One big reason I like Jon Elliot is that he reads the names of those who have been killed at the beginning of the month. I never asked where the names come from, nobody would screw themselves by misrepresentation. That would be a dagger through the neck.
I usually check icasualties.com and their number is higher than yours, but not as low as the government #'s. If you have other sources that are accurate from your POV, send me a link and I'll let them make their own decisions.

One reason I like Jon Elliot is that he reads the names of all those killed in the last month. It's a hard time and a quiet time, but it keeps me focused on what really matters. We're letting people die to allow us to feel better and suck up resources we don't really need. Most days I can't say how much that breaks my heart. I think this is one of them. I'm not sure what to expect tomorrow. Not sure it will be much better, but I know I have to cut the grass.
