Schumer suggested an independent prosecutor so what goes.....

I'm serious. Does Congress file for such a thing?

Do they just request one, as they did out loud last week?

Do they send a formal request to the Justice Department (good luck)

Just wondering where the gonzo story stands....

1. The Soliciter General is deciding. So we wait

2. They will discuss it for 6 mos, then appoint a commitee which will

take another 3 to 6 mos, and then he will resign 2 mos before the elections to give the repugs a boost in the polls.

5. We wait to see if he changes his answers and then wait

for the Soliciter General to bring it to a Grand Jury, and then wait for the charges, the key thing here that keeps reoccuring is that little word "WAIT"

4. well, first they will 'lean very heavy' on Gonzo, then send him a strongly worded letter to correct

his lies, then they will doubly double dog dare that he not correct his testimony. Then, after all that, they will back down, allow the constitution to fade away into history, and watch as the 2008 elections are stolen from under their nose. Oh, then they will ask why, and send a strongly worded letter to our new Dictator...
