Metro has shut down one Metrorail station and the FBI's
joint terrorism task force has joined the hazardous-materials
crews investigating the spread of rat poison that is suspected

authorities are taking all precautions, said D.C. fire
spokesman Alan Etter.
The FBI task force is at the Branch Avenue station, where
about 15 dead birds have been found outside the entrance,
he said.

seeing a man in a black pickup truck spraying material at some
