1. The man stands tall by the yardstick and taller still on every
other gauge of public service and citizenship.

Shame on anybody who voted for a vacuous monkey instead of a long-serving public leader.

Shame on them.

And shame on Dems who stabbed him in the back..............repeatedly.
Because they did not want an Open Government Democrat in the WH.

10. I think maybe the cards are leaning more to Gore/Kerry.
Undergod knows it will take an awesome amount of mental power to overcome 8yrs of full on fascism.

7. I just love this man. I wrote him a couple of days ago expressing my great gratitude
for his massive and courageous efforts on behalf of our great country and for a little pissant like me. I told him - in case he gives a damn - that history will smile upon him while the rabid dogs of the current regime are properly relegated to their rightful places in the sewer. I told him, I hope you don't feel lonely as you do your work, because so many of us support you, and do not take you for granted.
It's an honor to be a small part of this thread acknowledging this great man (seriously).

11. You said it well - his work is LASTING history and too many take it for granted
and rail against him ignorantly.

8. I hope he runs again some day
Maybe someday this country wll be mature enough to like people based on crap other than "ooo I would like to have a beer with him". Besides I don't even get why someone would want to have a beer with an uncouth frat-boy who likes to make fart jokes ...

9. Kerry is a real statesman.
He should be President. It's that simple.

He's what I would create if I was making a President from scratch.

Lead on Senator!

from 3:30 (central time) 'til around 6:30'ish, the Span was great T.V. today.

17. IF you liked what he said today
drop him a note at his blog and tell him. Tell him you watched the speech on C-Span and then let him know what you think.

Netroots, remember, talk back.

Tell 'em what you thought!
