This "Mayor of America" crap
Edited on Tue Feb-06-07 06:34 PM by Stevendsmith
So because Rudy donned a hardhat and didn't piss his pants under a desk on 9-11, he's the Mayor of America?

And this scumbag could very well milk this ridiculous appellation into the presidency, because there are enough idiots in this country who buy into this media-generated bullshit -- the same idiots who buy into Saint McCain the straight-talkin' maverick.

Jeezus.

2. As I recall all Rudy did was sit behind a desk & try to answer
press questions all day long. I never understood what it was that he was perceived to have done over those few days.

3. Rudy Giuliani, October 28th 2004 7:15 am:
"The president was cautious the president was prudent the president did what a commander in chief should do. No matter how you try to blame it on the president the actual responsibility for it really would be for the troops that were there. Did they search carefully enough? Didn't they search carefully enough?"

End of presidential ambitions right there, he sealed it.

Where's the rebuilding? That would be a nice clip to play during a campaign.

9. America's Mayor, my ass! He couldn't find
Harlem, above 110th street, Bed Stuy or The Bronx, all in NYC if you showed them to him on a map. You ought to have lived in NYC during him reign to see how polarized everything was.

11. Its really annoying..
Edited on Tue Feb-06-07 07:06 PM by nam78_two
To this day I don't see anything exceptional about what he did :eyes:. Just because he is not a crazy, frothing at the mouth headcase like Frist or a complete drooling idiot like the moran in the WH, it does't follow that he is in any way, shape or form acceptable.

I saw someone say, earlier today, that they might prefer him to Hilary :eyes:....I wish I could find that voting record site to point out why, however much people may dislike Hilary, there is no comparison when it comes to voting records on environmental and other progressive issues.

17. Run Rudy Run
He will be easier to defeat than McCain.

A pro-gun control, pro-choice, pro-immigrant, non-religious Repuke who cheated on his wife, lived in the mansion with her before the divorce, then moved in with two gay guys and a Shit-szu.

Run Rudy Run.

Repukes won't turn out for him, and due to the war, we have the Independents.

Awesome.
