Does she stake out language which is the mainstream DU position or does she craft a resolution which forces moderate Republicans to jump on board at the risk of alienating the electorate in a swing district?

Anyone know if this is a joint Resolution which would push it to the Senate and perhaps open up that debate?

Is the langauge needed something like. We oppose the surge; we need benchmarks for Al Maliki ; we fully support the troops already there the way to slap * down. while gaining real bipartisan support?
