in and of themselves and ESPECIALLY against the extraordinarily weak Republican field.

We win in 08.

9. Clark first .... Obama second.... Richardson third.... Edwards fourth....

That's my line-up and I'm stickin' to it...

(Although, out of your three choices -- I'd be happy as a clam if either Edwards or Obama won)

I seriously think that Governor Richardson's numbers are going to move significantly UPWARDS once the debates begin.. and once more Democrats hear about his background on foreign affairs.

I think she'd rather stay in the Senate if that were her only other option.

17. I'd take Clinton / Obama then, if that were the option. We need to have someone
black and / or someone female in both positions.

It's about time we grew up as a nation.

20. Ummmm
Politics is inherently practical.

The candidate who gets my vote in the primary is the Dem who is most likely to prevail in the general election. F*ck ideaology.

None of these folks can win in the general election IMHO.

Edwards is selling hope and talking about 2 Americas whilst clearly living in the better America. He chose to leave public office and has limited experience. He can't win.

Obama is fashionable. And relatively inexperienced. And largely untested. Sorry but other candidates are more likely to prevail. Perhaps he will be a good future presidential candidate.

Hillary? Probably no candidate is more likely to energize the pukes to turn out and vote against the Dems. Never mind the fact that some good old boys will vote agaist her simply because she is female. She can't win.

Gore can and will win if he chooses to run. Lots of folks who voted for shrubbie have buyers remorse. A number of folks think he really won is 2000. A lot of folks respect him for fighting for the victory which was taken from him. A lot of folks share his concern for the environment.

Choice between two DLC/AIPAC cronies and another who isn't given a chance because he's yet to sell out completely.

Any candidate who doesn't pick up on the message delivered in November cannot win because there be no consensus among we the people.

Get out of Irag and remove the Cheney/Bush regime. All other issues are off the table as they serve as distractions to the problem at hand.
