That is the correct frame for the true discussion. It really doesn't even have to have anything to do with the War in Iraq.

Anyone who would like to save our country from dictatorship and the disembowelment of the Constitution would want to see Bush impeached. Even Republicans.

I don't if it's good bad or indifferent but it is the tactic I use .

2. This is not a tactic.
The Constitution and the rule of law are literally at stake here.

3. Every patriotic person is this county is pro-Constitution: anyone who is for
disembowelment of the Constitution by other than constitutional means is a traitor to this Republic. EOS for those are the only choices/issues here!

6. I was simply stating that a person who embraces the Constitution as the foundation of this country
would not be able to embrace Bush the man ( the Great Anti-Constitutionalist) without being guilty of some kind of cognitive dissonance. Perhaps now you understand my point?

7. the OP made no mention of the mushy middle they just stated that
you can't both be pro bush and pro constitution. A declaration of your with us or against us requires painting everyone with a broad brush and the OP was pretty damned specific.

10. When it comes to the Constitution, then yes.
You are either with us or against us.

The Constitution is what makes us the United States of America. Not the flag, not political parties, not baseball or apple pie.

You either believe in upholding the Constitution or you don't. That piece of paper is the only thing that will secure democracy for future generations. It's a pretty serious deal.

5. You got that right. It isn't about Democratic or Republican anymore
it is about our democracy vs. the unitary executive. The fact is our parties will come and go, and this war will be over, but if we don't take care of the "unitary executive theory" for once and all that is as they say "the ball game."

8. The constitution died when they made corporations part of "We the people."

9. Is this a trick question?
I don't see this working. His base thinks the constitution is something vague around the Second Amendment (which they misunderstand, obviously)

11. I really don't think it is a trick question.
Although I think you could trip up even the mouthpieces like Hannity and Coulter with this issue. How can you be a self-proclaimed "great American" and watch someone shred the Constitution?

... Madison's or Scalia's.
