Toss 'em out or starve 'em out

Either impeach or cut off all funding for the Departments of Defense and Justice. Toss them out or starve them out. Those are the two choices facing the Congress. Apparently the Congress has no stomach for impeachment so the alternative is to starve the beast. The end of the fiscal year (9/30) is coming fast. To hell with continuing resolutions, to hell with supplemental funding, to hell with all this lawlessness. Stop them dead in their tracks. No court order can force the Congress to fund any Department. No minority vote in Congress can compel funding. No Executive Order can create funding.
