I grew up in Buckeye and the people that owned the land in Palo Verde were friends of ours--we used to play where the reactors are.
But, seriously, do you think that the nuclear plant is a target? I had no idea it was the largest one in the country.
We took a school field trip there when they were building it and I remember it being quite large.
