15. I'm going by what Flynt said on Larry King.

He said that Vitter didn't have to go out of his way to deny the Louisiana prostitutes side of the story but he did and that makes it fair game. He said that Vitter had a small brothel of prostitutes. By that, I think Flynt meant that Vitter has had contact with enough of them in Louisiana to make a small brothel. Anyway, he indicated that he's got the goods on Vitter, big time, and that he's working with a major media outlet there.
