30. This whole accounting problem is a good example of how poorly

this administration planned this war and the aftermath. From the get-go, once it was determined there was no accounting and no organization, the funds should have been slowed down to get the message across that they HAD to keep track. Their excuse was no computers. Hey, I'm sure they could have put pencil to paper and at least made notes on the amounts and who/where it went.

This bunch puts the Keystone Kops to shame.
