Look Who Has Resurfaced: It's Ned Lamont!
Lamont not done with politics
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Not wanting to be forever known as just the guy that beat Sen. Joe Lieberman in Connecticut's Democratic primary, Ned Lamont resurfaced Monday in an email urging his supporters to back a campaign that encourages progressive measures in state and local legislatures.

"When I said that the end of the campaign would not bring an end to our fight -- our fight for an end to the disastrous occupation in Iraq; our fight for new, innovative solutions to the problems our country faces; and our fight for basic rights and equality of opportunity -- I meant it," Lamont wrote.

The campaign, launched by The Progressive States Network and several partnership organizations, advocates the passing of progressive legislation in all fifty states, according the organization's web site. Lamont, most known for his anti-war stance, defeated Lieberman -- a supporter of the Iraq war -- in the Connecticut primary in August.

Lieberman ran as an independent in the general election, beating Lamont by over 100,000 votes.

3. When Lieberman switches parties, Lamont can start the recall campaign.
They must have recall in CT, maybe not. But if so, Connecticut, get ready. This clown is going to
bolt. He's got that ego agitated and ready to erupt in a narcissistic explosion of self righteousness.

I can't imagine him as VP today today. Gore would have dumpted hiim in 2004;)

Lamont, we love you. Now get those petitions and walkers ready.

6. Oh lord, no recall for Senate. That's barbaric!
Connecticut's Lieberman voters have a real burden to carry for electing this fake!

Sorry you have to endure him. Of course, a couple of months ago, George Felix Allen
was one of my Senators...don't know who is worse, the Liebster or Felix. Maybe a
cage match would decide it.
