4. What scares me

What scares me is that several Repugs have voiced "gut feelings" or forebodings that America will suffer another "terrorist" attack this summer - which, to me, indicates that those who control the White House are planning to have one, you know, kind of like having a birthday party. Where was I reading that one of them was saying that another attack would save Bush's ratings/presidency? What is it, a coincidence that at least three of the little creeps have implied that they're clairvoyant and the view into the future ain't good?

Just think - another attack, with Repugs saying, "see? we told you so! all you cut-and-runners and your talk about pulling out of Iraq have encouraged and emboldened al Qaeda so much that they decided to come over here again!" and Bush and Cheney standing up, looking noble and concerned, saying "don't worry, little folks, Uncle Georgie and Uncle Dickie will protect you, and we'll never leave."
