8. Hold the administration in contempt, as well, since IT advised her to disobey.
Or, charge IT with obstruction.

IMFO it's time to go aggressive, beyond assertive, against this criminal lot of arrogant emperialists. It's time to prove IT doesn't write history, IT NEVER DID.

13. Exactly
when a citizen violates a subpeona they send the cops to your house to go and get you. The court sits and waits until they drag you in.

4. Good idea
Why should Congress defer to the Executive Branch? Simply because the GOP and the MSM are authoritarian?

Arrest her and let the courts figure it out. At least the ruling would be prompt. If the Democrats play nice I'm sure the ruling will conveniently take a while.

5. DEMOCRATS should not do anything....
CONGRESS should issue a warrant for her arrest and compel her to appear.

11. Swear out three warrants....
One for Harriet Miers, for contempt of Congress

Two for Bush for violation of the U.S. Code (see below)

And as for Cheney, well, there's only one way:

http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode18/usc_sec_18_00001505----000-.html">18 U.S.C. Sec. 1505 : ... Whoever corruptly ... influences, obstructs, or impedes ... the due and proper exercise of the power of inquiry under which any inquiry or investigation is being had by either House, or any committee of either House or any joint committee of the Congress ... (s)hall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years ... or both.
