will the US fire in retaliation or just say we are and won't?

1. Who do you have in mind?
France?

2. Does it matter?
The media is reporting our stance worldwide is plummeting. Therefore to cherrypick names it not just illogical, it is stupid.

I just think an actual country is more likely to attack us now than any two-bit terrorist. And if our government and corporate leaders are doing what they are doing deliberately rather than accidentally, as if that matters - we're stuck here either way at their mercy.
