I have been getting to thinking that is why our Dems have
been reluctant to go there. They know Smirk and Snarl will play it.

It's the kind of diversion that could change the entire situation

1. I think the way people are thinking now (anger at Iraq situation) if Cheney goes for Iran

he will be doing it single handed (I think he will miss the target)

2. Paradigm shift approaching

I cannot and will not believe that this will happen, and if it does, at his hands, cheney alone will pay. He knows this. I believe that we can only be pushed so far, that our current lackadaisical response to the weakening rights of Americans is due to our sluggish and ambivalent awakening post 9/11.

An unprovoked attack on a nation that we who care to know struggles with its own inner politics. Cheney may have cards up his sleeve, but so far, no hands have been dealt to him that are surefire bets. And if one of his opponents, a strong one, glimpses the hidden cheat peeking from the powder-burnt sleeve, somebody's going to be left staring at the sky.

3. There are times when I think the same thing

Like cheney just may freak out and decide to bomb Iran . It's difficult to tell what the reasons are since we have been handed so many opinions even from the mouths of Pelosi and Reid .

They all play their games and this to me is the main problem , if they would just be honest with the people and if they are then why do I get the impression they are not .

If Pelosi or Reid or someone would just stand up and say , here is what we have and this is what we fear and here is exactly why we have planned this course .

I am certain they all know the truth behind the scenes .
