SICKO is a brilliant film
I have watched every Michael Moore film except Canadian Bacon. None of his films have been bad, but all, until this one, had some flaws. SICKO is flawless. This is hands down the most important film since the Thin Blue Line. In the early 1990's there was as Good as it Gets with its dramatization of a woman fighting an HMO for care for her child. Here it is several stories of people who are middle class. Not poor. Not non workers. Hardworking, middle class, average Joes and Janes. All of them insured and all of them screwed by insurance companies (except the 9/11 workers who were screwed by the government).

This will, unless we are totally brain dead, wake our country up. Who wouldn't want to live in France after seeing this film (Hell I would study French if I thought they would let me in)? I won't spoil the film for you except to say, go see it. I downloaded it (Mike I promise I will go see it and bring a friend or two) I just couldn't wait for it to come to eastern NC. It is rare that a movie can change a nation. This one just might. But, if you have high blood pressure, bring your medicine, you will need it.
