"Political capital" versus "Insufficient funds"
Heidi Collins on CNN said something like "After the last election * said he had politcal capital to spend, now he runs the risk of insufficient funds". Har Har Good one!

1. yes bush spent what little political capital he had like a drunken republican
I make the obvious comparison to how drunken Sailors spend money. On occasion they do go on a bender but it is their money and it is well earned money. Things which are foreign to republicans.

That "political capital" remark should be on his top 10 list, in the section of the history books called "failed presidencies."
