Describe the Monument to Shrub
Every presidential library needs a statue of the president whose life it's about in front of it. The George W. Bush pResidential Library is no different.

May I suggest: A life-size bronze of Dubya throwing a Hitler salute while standing on a supersized bronze oil barrel debossed with the names of all the troops who died in Operation Iraqi Liberation. Above it will be a powder-coated aluminum US flag...permanently flying upside-down.
