I'm no Anderson Cooper fan, but I do know a little about his background and he's not led the same air-head life that Paris Hilton does.

Then got moved to the current slot at 10pm.

He worked at ABC News before CNN.

When he was in his twenties, he had a hard time getting a journalism job, so he just went in with a camera himself and started covering things happening that the MSM wasn't covering in Rwanda, Somalia, and Bosnia.
