20. I have found out about friends dying long afterwards, even though no obit showed up

2 ex's as a matter of fact. I found out recently 1 died a few yrs ago, no obit anywhere to be found, and another died last month, again no obit. I wrote one for the recent death, otherwise there would be no obit. Some places list all who have died, others wait for family/friends to submit info before they do it (not talking paid for ones, but often even the free listings aren't done unless someone makes an effort). Seems odd, but this could be what has happened. The whole thing is odd though, I agree with that.

I considered Dale a good friend and am still just devastated at the news. I hope he went in peace and is finally at peace. I hope he knew what a difference he made to many of us.

18. I have personally seen that happened

with my great uncle... He had lost my great aunt for over a year when her sister died and he went to the funeral... Her sister and her looked a lot alike and when he saw her in the casket, it broke his heart.. He went home and died that day....

Very sad thing indeed....
