That's the rules according to the republix, they use the football terms 'win or lose', 'defeat or victory' all the time, so I will too. If you have to cheat to win, then the victory is tainted.

If this war were really a football game, coach bush would be about to pass out on the field from all the screaming in his face. Look coach, the field is littered with thousands upon thousands of tortured, rotting corpses, and the scoreboard says we're losing, DO SOMETHING!

Obviously the game wasn't played right, because over 3000 of the players are dead forever, and over 20,000 are crippled forever, winning or losing is sort of becoming pointless when we can't even find enough players to defeat the away team.

You played the game all wrong, you cheated, you lied, you sent people off to kill and die recklessly, you are a shitty coach, you killed the team, replaced them, they died, you sent more, face it coach, it's over, you're fucked.

Winning or losing is no longer important coach, and the team owner's are getting very, very impatient with the lousy way you play the game. The game is lost, stop cheating and lying and stop the dying coach. Not only will it get you fired as coach, you might be looking at some sort of legal action against you.
