sermons? I know they don't want to waste 20 minutes of their time on this stuff, but they've manufactured a crisis in the Obama camp and they owe him an apology. As we're finally seeing these tiny snips in context, Rev. Wright seems much less nutty, though maybe just as angry. The clips make sense. We need to MSM to at least acknowlege on the air that these are simply the most radical clips available, and actually make some sense in the larger context.
It's like if they played Jesus saying to his best friend
"Geeet behind me Satan!"
In a big, black beritone voice while pointing wildly, over and over and over again, and then besmirching him for this comment and questioning his loyalty to his friends. If he calls his own friends Satan, then what does he really think about America?
What's worse, attacking Obama is actually more like St. John having been there following Jesus and then not leaving immediately after hering his inflamitory rhetoric.
"If you knew he was saying these things, why did you hang around with this Jesus so long?"
