Of *, Clinton. Al had his quarrels with Big Dawg, and I'm sure this was one.
Bill did nothing, IMHO, to curb CO2 emissions. Without Senate approval, he could
have committed the United States to the Kyoto Protocol, but he didn't. His wife
never brought it up as Senator, as far as I know.

Gawd, I wish, Al was on the ticket, but he isn't.
