Heard this on Mike Malloy's show yesterday and I think more should be aware of Bill O'Reilly's comments towards Michelle Obama. Btw, if anyone has any info on how to tackle FOX News and Billo's advertisers - feel free to post it.

There's also a sequel to this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mky0dKI9blU

2. YOU THINK SO?
I didn't really want to respond to this guy. The incident is horrible and deplorable, and I'm hoping that some of these idiots on right wing radio and tv will make mistakes and say what they want to say, so they can be fired. Bill'o is a particularly loathsome piece of scum, and this confirms it again.

But the direction this guy comes from, I don't really want him fighting for me or on my side. I can't easily show or reference this when he talks about being ashamed of who he is. I've seen the guys in the white sheets. I hate them, and I'm ashamed that they live in the same area of the country as I do. They don't make me ashamed of who I am. I haven't done anything wrong, and I don't intend to. I'm not responsible for why African-Americans are here, and I haven't done anything to harm them. I've even gotten in fights for them. This guy is too far gone for me.

I wish KO had covered it, I could probably stand more easily for how he would cover it.

5. THAT'S COOL
I have had to work all night, so I couldn't watch KO. The guy on the radio show said he didn't know if he had covered it. Thanks.

6. Fox Noise promotes this kind of trash. They'll never fire O'Reilly, Hannity, or any of that scum.
If they had any ethics, they would have fired O'Reilly a long time ago for countless piggy things he's said, not to mention that whole grotesque "Loufa/Falafel" lawsuit.

this somehow into a Hillary rant.

Every word Malloy said here is true.

19. The truth he talks about is gray at best - and in the larger sense
is rarely black and white

24. Actually, I believe it is exactly that.
Maybe someone should finally tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

Malloy is more concerned with the truth, than with obfuscating a Dem candidate's record during an election season.

Were we not in the middle of the primaries you would likely be singing the same tune. It isnt like this is the first time that Malloy has made his feelings known about Clinton- in fact he calls President Clinton the best Republican president of the last 50 years- and with accomplishments like NAFTA, GATS, Welfare "reform" and so on, you would be foolish to disagree.

You may not like what he is saying, but it does have the benefit of being accurate.

28. I have spent too many years struggling with the law to believe that
there is rarely any such animal as the 'whole truth'. Malloy has arrived at this point in his life from a pantheon of experiences that tell him this is the truth - and it is - for him. The truth is far more fluid and elusive to be finally achieved. This is what he believes and what I believe is something else - and neither are the 'whole truth'.

You don't play with the word "Lynch"

I'm just as pissed (actually more pissed) hearing O'Reilly use it as I was when I heard Clarence Thomas misuse it.

7. As KO said, the worst word might not even have been "lynch"
but, rather, "unless." As in, he doesn't want to go on a lynching party for Michelle UNLESS he determines she's guilty of not loving her country enough...but if he does, well, then, let's get the noose and get this party started!

If he'd said "I don't want to go on a lynching party," and left it at that, it would have been thoughtless and tasteless enough, but at least he would have said he DOESN'T WANT TO. But for him to have said "unless"...he implies there was a condition under which such a lynching party would be A-OK.

Pig. Other people at least get suspended for stuff like this. I predict he won't be off the air a single day. He's untouchable.

13. I'm so happy
this Malloy rant got posted. You can send an e-mail to the chairman of the FCC at:

KJMWEB@fcc.gov.

I think this is the worst stepping over the line I've heard from O'Reilly. He needs to go.

I'm about to go to bed. Now I'll have nightmares. I seriously can't handle graphic images right before bed. I lay in bed seeing the horrible images in my mind as I toss and turn and try to think about other things and then when I finally sleep, I dream about them.

22. Bill O is dangerous
He makes what he proposes sound so reasonable. The more vicious the comment, the more calm he sounds. It's the dog whistle to those who would act out his words. He's the KKK/Neo-Nazi type in the suit and tie. He gains legitimacy from being on the public airways. This is what all of us, and now especially Obama, are up against. Mike Malloy is right to be angry.

33. He is especially right to ask the listeners how many of them...
...are going to sit on their hands over this. Like Malloy says, REALIZE what he said. It should make you sick to your stomach. If it doesn't something is wrong with you. As soon as you got "used" to hearing such stuff, they are "in".

Hell America, how can you put up with such utter (human) filth polluting the airwaves, the likes of o'reilly, limbaugh, hannity, beck, savage, coulter, malkin,...
GOD, how MANY of them are there?! Spewing hate, lies, pure insanity, as in this example racism, and then some more hate and lies.

They make the rational, sensible middle seem like the farthest left imaginable and that's their job.

Where I come from, these people, for what they say, would be considered most extreme right-wing possible. Or nazis, if you will. In America they are "conservatives", that's how far off the compass is in America.

Recently heard that limbaugh is the voice of concerns of "conservatives" over mccain. Fucking kidding? "Conservatives"? The compassionate ones, too probably...

But then again, why start with the nutjobs, if the "most trusted name in news" CNN keeps "mistyping" Obama for osama and Hillary for al-quaeda.

34. Spot On, ForeignSpectator!
This is what I've been hearing from overseas friends & relatives, for almost a decade. They ask in a dozen ways, "What's happening to the spirit, the soul, the heart of We the People?". Our fragile Democracy is bleeding out - a death by a thousand cuts; "...that's how far off the compass is in America."
