1. So Blackwater gassed US Troops to "clear the road"?? Make way for mercenary cowboys!!!
BTW, this incident happened in 2005 according to the news article i saw on it.

Why in the world haven't we heard about this before now? Oh, that's right ... the US M$M
hasn't even been covering the war for some time now, because they don't want to get blown
up or shot dead trying to do it.

Where's the outrage from Rethugs who "support the troops"?

If I was in the US army, or marines and had experienced something like this, and had command over a little troop, this mercenary's had live to regret that they used CS on my watch... x( This is just dam wrong, and I bet it is not first time the blackwater have been accused, or proven guilty in doing thing like this....

This is just another sigh, that Blackwater and private contractors have NO PLACE in armed conflict. And are it something US must learn about this, is it that this type of group have to be stooped long before they are been powerfully to have their own armed forces.. Every civilized country had managed to get armed forces under their control.. It is just in US they are going the other way around it looks like.. :sarcasm:

2. This is where Wes Clark Jr comes in very handy
because of his military background.

I have to say, it's nice to have someone with this experience co-hosting a progressive talk show. I know he's not the only one, but at any rate, it's rare and allows him to say things others can't (or often won't) without fear of a figurative beating.

And who knows, if more military types (and for that matter, conservatives in general) heard a veteran discussing progressive issues, they might actually listen, or *at least* be more open to the ideas.

5. TYT
Wes Clark Jr is currently on *at least* every Wednesday, AKA "Wednesday's With Wes".

As you can see from the other clip on Obama, Wes was on today's show as well. Starting January 16th the show will become part of a new progressive web network with various partners, the details of which aren't known at this time (but will be known next week). And yes, that means they will no longer be on Air America (which has a way of losing their best talent, but that's another topic).

I'm not sure what the co-hosts will look like. Originally the Young Turks had two other co-hosts with Cenk (Jill and Ben), but for the last few months (longer actually) they've been rotating co-hosts in next to Cenk, including Sam Seder of Air America, Christy Harvey from www.MicCheckradio.org, Michael Shure, etc., trying to find a good partner (or so I think, unless they want to continue rotating).

My best guess at this point is that Brave New Films (aka, Robert Greenwald of Outfoxed/Fox Attacks fame's site) is involved because the two have paired up for live, progressive primary coverage for Iowa and and New Hampshire:

At any rate, more details when I know them.

7. thanks, interesting info
AAR management is kinda weird. Getting rid of Malloy was incredibly stupid. So was moving Seder to weekends. And now the TYT are leaving? Geez ....

8. Exactly!
And the recent firing of Kent Jones from Rachel Maddow's show. It's like they WANT to fail.

processes down just right.
