5. if you watch the video, the term "chase ladies" becomes clear

This was a nine-year-old boy literally chasing girls around the playground at school, something very typical of that age. The boy chases, the girls scream and run. Great fun. The evidence that this is what was meant is when the man describes Obama knocking down a bamboo fence during one of his chases.
