Though the authors of H.R. 1955 would likely deny that the bill could be used to crack down on free speech and legitimate political opposition, the talking heads on the main stream networks have made it very clear that they would like this kind of legislation to do just that.
Can H.R. 1955 be used to silence the voices of dissent? Let's have a look.

1. Give ANY government the power to suppress free speech in this country is asking for trouble!!

Take a look at Moscow these days. Take a look at any totalitarian government, past or present. When we take away the ability to speak your piece, we have taken "..one giant step..." toward a dictatorship in this country.

I don't care if it's under this present corrupt, screwed up bunch of misfits; or if it's Obama/Edwards/Clinton, or whoever the hell. We can't give up our liberties, because we will NEVER get them back.

Could this be construed by the courts as legitimate cause for arresting someone for talking about or stating on DU “ That the unelected occupants of the White House are Psychopath Fascist Nazis”
