3. The report acknowedged that at the beginning of the clip. Did you miss it?

I'm not trying to be snarky, but just fair's fair.. they said US already has CIA operatives in tribal areas but that it was
way "too few" to "really do the job" (whatever that means). Since I believe the CIA and Al-CIAda are still working somewhat
hand in hand on the "Dark Side", the whole report makes little sense, but that's another story.
