Dennis Kucinich gives an in-depth answer about his plans with Iraq. At the end, he assures that, when he is president, Bush and Cheney and all the others will be held accountable.

1. You mean, when Obama, your hero, is president, right, Kucinich?

3. I"M A HUGE KUCINICH FAN, working directly on his campaign in Washington
BUT... and this falls in the same category as Dean made mistakes in the past..

BUT KUCINICH WOULDN'T KNOW PR (public relations) if it bit him in the ASS.

that's so sad, because I spent a lot of time tying up the state of WA for Kucinich to win, but sadly, his statement sounds to folks who are NOT IN THE KNOW as a CAPITULATION.

those of us caucus junkies know it to be a wise move of promising to horse trade caucus votes with chosen candidates such as Obama should the 15% not be reached, but the way he phrased it was sounding like capitulating. The sad thing is that Kucinich should do what ever other candidate does, brief his caucus Leaders and not make a FRIGGIN PRESS STATEMENT over the same horsetrading that everyone does.

for the record it's the winning horse trader that wins, not the one with the most votes. FLASHBACK Iowa 2004 Dean has a majority of votes but still not the 15% required and he was too arrogant to set deals with other candidates (like gephart and folks we all knew would fall out early)....

my problem with Kucinich making this statement so badly and speaking truth and strategy but NOT REALIZING THE PR impact of others thinking he's giving up is that it demoralizes his campaign volunteers in the field when an idiot like me in the trenches can see what a blatantly stupid PR mistake it was.

I would write mike his top PR guy for the states now but it seems like telling a Press person that he needs to go back to Press 101 courses or something like that and feel like what's the point. the Kucinich campaign has had a series of inability to meet basic things like campaign materials to the states.

not erring dirty laundry but smooth campaigns are a sign you'll run a smooth presidency and on this one issue, mr. Kucninich might just have kissed his chances to win early states goodbye.

it's very sad to me....

8. You're right, he's also the only one proposing impeachment!
(Is Mike still running? Haven't heard from him in a long while. Saw a video of him featuring in 'Red State Update' dressed up as Santa, making a fool of himself.)

6. K&R He has said this before and I believe he is the only
candidate who would even attempt to hold anyone accountable.

10. Exactamundo! The ONLY candidate that believes in putting the traitors behind bars.
THAT, if nothing else, should win him the presidency. I think there are a whole helluva lot of people in this country, and even more world wide, who KNOW that bush/cheney/rumsfeld/gonzales, etc. belong behind bars, and tried at the Hague for war crimes.

11. It should, but we know it will not. Instead we'll let these people
and those they have trained come back to haunt the next generation :(
